All orders are shipped Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship the item when it becomes available.
If the product you purchased from Hail Storm Products LLC (“Hail Storm Products,” “us” or “we”) is in new and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange, within twenty-one (21) days of your original purchase and receipt of the product. This includes The HAIL PROTECTOR™ System and any other product offered by Hail Storm Products.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is being made due to an error on Hail Storm Products’ part. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to return of items that are unopened and unused, a 50% restocking fee will be applicable to items that are opened and/or used. Following the 21-day period, we cannot process any returns or exchanges for any reason.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping. Please contact us at Toll Free at (855) 511-4245 extension 2 for Customer Service or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, between 9am and 5pm CST, Monday through Friday, to request a Return Authorization Number. After you submit your request via telephone, a representative will review your request and contact you with further instructions within approximately two days. Please make sure your contact information is correct.
ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICIES
Except as otherwise provided herein:
- Returned merchandise cannot be used or dirty and must be in sellable condition in the original packaging.
- Replacements are shipped upon receipt of your return item. It is recommended that you retain any tracking number for you returning package.
- Items authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.
- All returns are subject to inspection prior to processing. Hail Storm Products may refuse to refund your product if you do not meet the conditions set forth herein.
- Refunds for unused items are for the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. In some cases customers may be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.
- Hail Storm Products will only accept return on an original order. In the event that you receive an exchange or replacement, we will not accept this replacement for a refund or exchange for any additional items.
- Hail Storm Products is not responsible if delivery of an item is not received due to circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided to you via email automatically once your order ships. Please contact the shipper indicated in your email with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.
- You may be required to submit photographs of any return to help expedite a decision to issue a Return Authorization Number.
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREPAUTHORIZED WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BY HAIL STORM PRODUCTS LLC, IN ADVANCE. ANY RETURNS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED BY HAIL STORM PRODUCTS, LLC WILL BE REFUSED.
